NORTH YORK – When LiVante Developments initially launched sales for the Enclaves of McNicoll, our team was excited by the prospect of bringing the first LiVante community to the City of Toronto, on McNicoll Avenue just west of Leslie Street.

We were pleased to name their team as the charity recipient for the first three editions of the LiVante Developments Charity Golf Tournament – a popular annual event that has raised more than $72,000 so far in support of the school.
